General description

Since more than 25 years Josephus and Barbara Mayr cultivate their vineyards with great care, harvest the grapes as late as possible and try to be both, precise and creative in the cellar. It is their daily ambition to create well structured wines with a strong character, at a constantly high quality.

Since a few years they also cultivate olive trees and produce one of the rare South Tyrolean olive oil.
